It can be traded/sold/held at anytime delivering our users with liquidity. It should be able to be traded for staked ETH in period two. So it could possibly go from pretty minimal to better based upon what number of deposits are arriving into the network, their measurement and the amount of node operators are offered to support these new deposits.
